The founders of FY Care have a passion to care for individuals with various challenges. Our aim is to empower individuals to live an independent life, by providing them the right support with high quality personal care. The company, which is founded on the principles of integrity, reliability and trust, is quality driven, cost effective and person-centred. FY Care Limited strives to ensure its services promote self-respect, independence and improves the quality of life for all.

Simple, thoughtful ways of supporting and caring can turn people’s lives around and go a long way to let them know they are important. We care - It's as simple as that. We ensure all staff have the compassion to ensure people in our care are well looked after.

FY Care offers tailored support packages. Our services are generally funded by Local authority funding; Direct payments; NHS continuing healthcare; NHS-funded nursing care; Benefits for care recipients; Benefits for caregivers; but we are committed to the principle that the people to whom we provide our services have choice and control over how those services are delivered. FY Care is a value driven organisation that is determined to offer the opportunity and necessary support to encourage and enable personal growth, self-development and independence.

The basic support package includes 10 hours of support for our clients. However, for people requiring additional support, we will be able to offer additional support tailored to meet the specific needs of that person which will enhance the basic support package that will already be in place.
